Avantvoice provides professional interpreter services designed to facilitate effective communication between individuals and organizations who speak different languages. Our interpreters are trained professionals committed to delivering accurate, confidential, and culturally sensitive interpretation.

Our Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• On-Demand Interpretation: Real-time interpretation services available upon request to support immediate communication needs.
• Scheduled Interpretation: Interpretation sessions arranged in advance for meetings, conferences, and other planned events.
• Document Translation: Professional translation of written materials from one language to another, ensuring clarity and fidelity to the original content.

By accessing and using our Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Avantvoice interpreters are held to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Each interpreter is committed to the following responsibilities:

• Professional Conduct: Interpreters shall conduct themselves with professionalism at all times and strive to deliver accurate and faithful interpretations to the best of their ability.
• Confidentiality: All information disclosed during interpretation sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared, except as required by law.
• Impartiality: Interpreters must remain neutral and impartial, avoiding any real or perceived conflicts of interest.
• Continuous Improvement: Interpreters are expected to engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance their skills, knowledge, and industry-specific expertise.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services in accordance with the pricing schedule provided by Avantvoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time the Services are rendered.

• Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may be subject to additional charges as outlined in our payment policy. Avantvoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services in the event of unpaid or overdue fees.
• Refunds: Refunds may be issued at Avantvoice’s sole discretion and in accordance with our refund policy. We encourage you to review our refund policy for detailed information regarding eligibility and procedures.

• No Warranty: The Services provided by Avantvoice are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any interpretation or translation provided through our Services.
• Limitation of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avantvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

• Avantvoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of our Services or other users.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Services. Any outstanding payments for Services rendered prior to termination will become immediately due and payable.

Where appropriate, we may also notify you through other means. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States. By using our Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Davis, CA, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Avantvoice regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements—whether oral or written—relating to the subject matter herein.
